Internship Overview

Macsteel is offering a 12-month intensive Internship Programme within its Operations Department. The Operations internship will support Operations, SHEQ, facilities and properties in maintaining, implementing and reporting on the activities with the Operations department all while ensuring compliance. This role provides hands-on exposure within the Operations department. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with SHEQ duties 
• Assisting properties team with administrative duties 
• Assisting fleet team with administrative duties 
• Assisting facilities team with administrative duties 
• Training and awareness 
• Monthly operations reporting 

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a National Diploma or Degree in:

1. Business Administration,
2. Operations,
3. Quality Management,
4. or any related field 

• Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak) – Essential.
• Age between 20 – 28 years old
• Availability and commitment to complete a full year (12 months) of training – practical time.
