Programme Overview

The Rand Refinery Commercial Graduate Programme is an 18-month development initiative aimed at providing recently graduated youth, up to the age of 30, with the opportunity to gain work experience within our company.

The programme aims to transition graduates into the professional workforce by providing structured training, mentorship, and diverse work experiences to develop their skills, build their careers, and prepare them to become value-adding future employees. The graduates will get exposure to our business value chain by interacting professionally with stakeholders across all the functional areas.

What to Expect from the Graduate Programme

• Work readiness workshop designed to groom graduates to thrive on the programme and furthermore equip them with skills to explore work opportunities post the programme.
• The practical work experience in a niche business environment guided by a structured development plan;
• Assignment to a mentor within the department where you will be placed.
• Regular feedback from mentors.

Requirements

• A completed Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Must have successfully completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) qualification, with an overall average/ aggregate of 70%.
