Internship Overview

CNH Industrial is offering a Demand Planning Internship for graduates seeking practical experience in supply chain and sales operations.. Interns will assist with demand forecasting, dealer order processing, inventory monitoring, and sales coordination to help ensure that sales targets, supply planning, and stock availability are aligned. This internship provides valuable exposure to demand planning processes while helping participants develop strong analytical and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the S&OP process through forecast planning and reporting
• Manage E-Plan inputs (wholesale & retail forecasts, CI reallocations, production allocations, monthly POC updates)
• Manage Dealer Purchase Orders (POs), including tagging, ordering, and updating wholesale & retail actuals
• Monitor dealer inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales team
• Ensure timely order processing and resolution of order-related queries
• Will work on E-Plan and Excel files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
