We are looking for a hard-working Stock Clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment, where every day is unique and interesting. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of stock management process with a high level of accuracy and act with honesty and integrity.

Role Purpose: To receive and dispatch merchandise within the stockroom and ensure accurate receiving of documentation, housing securing of merchandise to ensure an accurate stock file.

Responsibilities:

• Physical receiving and dispatch of stock
• Housekeeping and security
• Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
• Effective self-management and teamwork
• Handling all courier bookings and queries
• Logging of new jobs and assigning job numbers
• Placing orders for spare parts
• Booking in of stock
• Handling logistics of all completed repairs back to stores
• Working with Abacus and assisting with the claim process
• Communicating with stores
• Supplying feedback on repairs
• Inventory management

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Degree / Diploma will be advantageous
